What changes have been made to the webshop?

The redesign includes a new improved design, a new order checkout process, a visual product catalogue and integration with updated systems for faster order information. The overall look and navigation have been improved for a better user experience.

Can anyone use the webshop, or do I need special access?

The webshop is available to all Wavin Ireland merchant customers. If you need access, please contact your sales representative for assistance with registration. Or fill out this form.

How do I place an order in the new redesigned webshop?

The Excel upload feature and browse catalogue function are accessed through the blue "Start your order" button in the top left of the dashboard. To search for products and add to your cart select the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the webshop and add products from this flyout menu. How has the order process changed?

The ordering process has been streamlined for efficiency, but the basic steps remain the same. You can still search, add items to your cart, and review your order before checkout. We have redefined the steps to take you easily towards your checkout. Go to step by step guide.

Are all my previous orders still available?

Yes, all your past orders are still available on the new platform. You can view and track your orders in the "Order History" section of your account dashboard which can be accessed in the left hand side panel.

What core features have stayed the same?

Core functionalities like 24/7 access, Excel upload for bulk orders, and a comprehensive order history overview remain unchanged.

How do I use the new search function to find products more easily?

The new search function allows you to add products to your cart using product catalogue browsing, excel upload and flyout search menu.

Who can I contact if I need help with the new platform?

If you need assistance, please reach out to your local sales representative or contact our customer services, who will be happy to help you navigate the redesigned webshop.

Can I still use the same log in I had for the current webshop?

Yes you can. Nothing has changed on your log in details. You can log in from any page of the website by clicking the person icon in the top right hand corner of the header bar.

Other commonly asked questions

Can I change my delivery address?

At the time of checkout, at "Step 2 - Add Order Details" you can enter a new delivery address by using the integrated google maps tool. Once a new delivery address has been selected, you will be prompted to provide contact details. For any further support contact Customer Services.

What payment options are available in the online merchant shop?

An invoice will be sent to the billing address after ordering. Your payment terms, as defined in our agreement, apply to all orders made online.

Where do I find my confirmation email with pricing and delivery dates?

A confirmation email will then be sent from SAP with delivery and pricing details. However, as this is sent from SAP it will be sent to the designated email address on our SAP system, which may be different to your / the person placing the orders via our online merchant shop (webshop). If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Services for help.

The quantity in my confirmation e-mail is different to the amount I ordered, what should I do?

If you place an order for a quantity which is greater than the available stock, we will try to fill as much of your request as possible. Your confirmation e-mail will contain the quantity we are able to commit to.

I have forgotten my password

On the login screen, there is an option to recover a forgotten password. You will need to enter the e-mail address you use to login and you will receive an e-mail link to create a new password. If you have forgotten your username, please contact Customer Services.

I want to change or cancel an order, what should I do?

Please contact Customer Services with your order number provided in the e-mail confirmation.

I can't find the product I am looking for, what should I do?

In our Webshop you can search by EAN code (barcode), Wavin product code or product name. However, not all Wavin products are listed or available to order online. If you still cannot find a particular product please contact Customer Services.

How do I get started ordering online with Wavin?

Please contact Customer Services and we will request a list of contacts who should be able to order on behalf of your company and grant them access to the system.

Who can order for my company with Wavin?

We will only allow the contact/s you provide us to access the system and order on behalf of your company. Please contact Customer Services to make any changes to who can order for your company.

How do I see the price of a product?

After your order is placed via the online shop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the final price (including all the discounts in accordance with your customer agreement).

How do I add products to my basket?

Search for the product you are looking for by entering the EAN code (barcode), Wavin product code, product name. You can enter the quantity you would like to order and add to your cart. You can only order in multiples of the sales quantity and you must order at least the minimum order quantity.

Does our minimum order value apply when placing orders via the online shop?

Yes. Orders placed must be in accordance with your agreed MOV. Orders will not be processed if they are under your agreed amount.

Step 1: Login

Login with your username and password as provided by Wavin.

If you can't remember your password, press the "forgot password?" link on the login popup.

Step 2: Search for products

Click on the magnifying glass in the top right hand corner of the header bar and type the product name, EAN/barcode or Wavin code in the flyout menu. A list of possible matches of orderable products will be displayed. Alternatively, you can also browse the product catalogue.

Step 3: Add products to your cart

Once you have selected the product, you can enter the number of pieces you would like to order in the input box.

You can only order in multiples of the sales quantity to order full boxes and you must order at least the minimum order quantity. Then, once you have entered the desired quantity you can add to cart. The cart symbol in the top right hand corner will then show that your cart is populated with products which you can then click on to view.

Step 4: Review your cart

On the "Review Products" step you can review the products you have ordered and make any final changes to quantities or remove a product from the cart. When you are satistified with the contents of your order, you can press the "Continue" button to go to the next step.

Step 5: Add Order Details

In the "Add Order Details" step you can confirm your delivery address, add in your purchase order info (this is optional) and add in any delivery instructions. If you need to add in a new shipping address, you will be prompted to provide contact details of the receiver at the order at the new shipping address.

Step 6: Confirm any agreed rates

Please indicate any special adreed to rates within the "Agreed rates" step.

Step 7: Submit your order

You can add any additional remarks to the order. You must then agree to the terms and conditions of our online sales and press "Submit".

Step 8: Your order has been placed

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the final price (including all the discounts in accordance with your customer agreement) once we have processed your order. You can also view your submitted order from here

Order by file upload

You can easily upload your order with us by preparing an excel or CSV file which contains two columns. For excel files Column A must contain Wavin product codes, column B must contain the quantity you would like to order. CSV files should contain product code followed by the quantity.

Templates available

You can download a prefilled or empty template from the webshop to assist. The webshop will match your request with products available and show you the results. Any products which cannot be matched can be replaced using the quick search function. You will be guided to select valid quantities by clicking on the incorrect quantity. All successfully matched products are shown at the bottom and are ready to be added to your cart.
