This includes your first and last name, title, gender, job title, company name, address, email address, phone number, and your “myWavin” account information, including username (email address) and password. -Your contract/financial information. Transaction data including contract information, payment method, payments made or due (including invoice details), contract and financial information disclosed to us, such as details of authorized person(s) in the accounts, that you can contact as a customer representative, payment transaction reference, transaction history, Authorization given by the company you represent and your identity document (passport or driver's license), if any. -Saving video footage. You can also record videos at events or fairs we organize and video shoot. -Visitor records in our facility. For the performance of the contract we have made with you (KVKK art 5/2(a): executing the contract we have or will enter into with you on behalf of your company and providing you with the information and Services you have requested. SAFETY Wavin will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is properly secured using appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures so that it is protected against unauthorized or unlawful use, modification, unauthorized access or disclosure, accidental or unjustified destruction and loss. We take steps to limit access to your Personal Data to those who need access to it for one of the purposes listed in this Notice. We also contractually ensure that any third party processing your Personal Data ensures the confidentiality and integrity of your data in a secure manner. 6.
