Ventiza Flex Radial Ducting System

Wavin Ventiza Flex Radial Ducting has semi-rigid ducts which are designed for use with domestic Mechnical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems.

Semi-rigid ducting offers several advantages over traditional rigid plastic systems. With continuous runs of up to 50 meters, it requires fewer connections—reducing the risk of air leakage—while also simplifying mounting and cutting installation time.

Advantages and Benefits

Superior airflow and performance
Semi-rigid PVC ducting minimizes pressure loss with low-friction surfaces, ensuring efficient airflow. Structural flexibility supports system design, while antibacterial, antifungal, and antistatic coatings maintain air hygiene—enhancing ventilation performance and occupant health.
Enhanced durability and longevity
Semi-rigid ducting resists damage and deformation for long-term durability and Part F compliance. Semi-rigid ducting maintains integrity and reduces maintenance, while traditional rigid branch systems risk leakage from alignment and sealing errors.
Simple and flexible installation
Lightweight semi-rigid ducting enables rapid installation and easy routing with minimal fittings. Push-fit connectors and locking slide connectors form robust, airtight joints, simplified cleaning, while maximizing space efficiency and reducing HVAC installation time by 65%.

Compliance with building regulations
Semi-rigid ducting and installation methods meet building regulations such as UK Part F, ensuring compliance and avoiding inspection issues while supporting ventilation standards, health, and cost efficiency.

Technical Overview of Ventiza Flex

Material
Polypropylene (PP) with thermoplastic elastomer (SEBS). Which has an operating temperature range: -20 to +60°С.
Design
Compact, modular design enables quick assembly and flexible routing in any building. Components allow adjustable connection points, while dividers link vertically or horizontally for efficient space use during installation.
System
High system tightness (class C) guaranteed by the use of high-quality joints and seals. Low system pressure losses due to specially designed aerodynamic shape of expansion boxes and distributors.
Installation
Quick and easy installation thanks to the use of snap-on connections, which do not require the use of specialised tools.

Flex 75 Performance Data

This graph shows how our 75 Ventiza Flex Radial Ducting helps pressure drop changes with air flow rate in a duct. This means higher air flow requires more energy to overcome resistance, so selecting the right ducting system is key to maintaining efficiency and performance.
