High impact resistance
With Wavin's PVC-A pressure pipes, you are choosing ease of installation, improved impact resistance and high quality. In addition to our Kiwa ATA-approved PVC-A pipes, we also offer a wide range of PVC-O pipes. PVC-O pipes are characterized by their high impact resistance and they are not sensitive to point loading.
Ease of use and time savings
The restrained couplers (type III, IV and V) are the first plastic connection for PVC pressure pipes that can be disconnected after installation, when this would be required. Type II and IV are partly cement jointed and partly mechanical. Type V is a fully mechanical coupler. These couplers are easier to use and increase time savings. They are resistant to high pressure (PN 10) and have a wide range of applications, for example as slip couplings.
What’s next?
Wavin also offers a wide range of PE pressure pipes for gas supply systems. For horizontal directional drilling or pipe bursting, you can count on Wavin TS DOQ. This is a three-layer PE 100 pipe with extremely strong inner and outer layers, providing protection against point loads, scratches and scoring.
Connections
Wavin's wide range of PVC-A fittings offers you a full, reliable solution for every application or work situation. You can choose from restraint joints, removable PVC-A fittings, PVC solvent cement fittings, FIP Magnum screw fittings or AVK cast iron fittings. All of these fittings bear the Kiwa ATA approval mark.
