    How do I get started with ordering online at Wavin?

    Please get in touch with Wavin, and we'll give you a list of representatives who should have access to the online ordering system and be able to place orders on your behalf.

    How can I contact Wavin?

    Can I change my delivery address?

    When you are at the checkout, you can choose from the list of known delivery addresses. If you wish to have a new address added to the list, please contact Wavin.

    What payment options are available in the web shop?

    We send an invoice to the billing address after the order has been completed. Any orders placed online through the web shop are subject to the same payment terms as your agreed trading conditions.

    I have forgotten my password?

    On the login page, you have the option of sending a new password. You just have to enter the email address you use for login, and we will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. If you have also forgotten your username/email, please contact Wavin.

    I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

    Contact Wavin with the order number stated in your order confirmation.

    I want to change my order, what should I do?

    Contact Wavin with the order number stated in your order confirmation.

    I can't find the product I'm looking for, what should I do?

    In our web shop, you can search for the EAN code, Wavin Part Code or product name. If you still cannot find the product you are looking for, contact Wavin.

    Who can place orders for my company at Wavin?

    We only give access to those employees who have been given authorization by your company to access the online ordering system on your behalf. Please contact Wavin if you wish to make changes to who can order on behalf of your company.

    How can I see the price of a product?

    When you have placed your order via the online shop, we assign your applicable discount agreements and send an email with the final prices.

    The number of items I ordered does not match the number stated in the email order confirmation, what should I do?

    This can occur if you place an order with a higher number of products than we have available in stock. We will work to fulfill as much of your order as possible. The order confirmation you receive in your email will contain the number we can guarantee.

    How do I add items to my shopping cart?

    Search for the product you are looking for by using either the EAN code, Wavin Part code, or product name and select the desired product from the search result list that is generated. You can enter the desired quantity and add this to your basket. You can only order in whole pieces. We encourage ordering in whole package units.

    How can I see my previous orders?

    When you are logged in to the web shop, you can see your previous orders.

    How to use the web shop

    STEP 1: LOG IN

    STEP 2: SEARCH FOR THE DESIRED

    STEP 3: ADD PRODUCTS TO THE CART

    STEP 4: BROWSE YOUR SHOPPING CART

    STEP 5: COMPLETE YOUR ORDER

    STEP 6: YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE

    Upload Excel file and order

    You can easily upload an order by preparing an Excel file which contains 2 columns. Column A must contain the Wavin Catalog Codes, column B must contain the quantity you wish to order. You can download an already completed Excel sheet and use this as an example. The web shop will match your order with the available products and show you the result.  The products that cannot be found can be replaced by using our 'Quick Search' function.We guide you to choose the right quantities. All the successfully matched products are displayed below and are ready to be added to the shopping cart.
