    How do I get started ordering online at Wavin?

    Please contact Wavin and agree who should be able to order for your company and we will create an access for them.

    Can I change my delivery address?

    When you are at the checkout, you can choose from the list of known delivery addresses by clicking on the pencil icon in the delivery address field.

    If you wish to have a new address added to the list, you must contact Wavin.

    If you only need to use an address once for a project, you can create a unique delivery address.

    What payment options are there in the webshop?

    We send an invoice to the billing address after the order has been completed.

    The payment conditions from your agreed trading conditions also apply to all orders completed online via the webshop.

    I have forgotten my password - what can I do?

    On the login page, you have the option of being sent a new password. Simply enter the email you use to log in and we'll send you an email with instructions to renew your password.

    If you have also forgotten your username / email, you can contact Wavin.

    I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

    Contact Wavin with the order number stated in your order confirmation.

    I want to change my order, what can I do?

    Contact Wavin with the order number stated in your order confirmation.

    I can't find the product I'm looking for, what can I do?

    In our webshop you can search for EAN no., Wavin no., SAP no., VVS no. or the product name.

    If you still can't find the item you're looking for, please contact Wavin.

    Who can place orders for my company in the Wavin webshop?

    We only grant access to the employees you have indicated must have permission to use the webshop on behalf of your company.

    Please contact Wavin if you wish to change who can order on behalf of your company.

    How can I see the price of a product?

    When you have placed your order via the webshop, we assign your applicable discount agreements and send an email with the final prices.

    The number of items I ordered does not match the number stated in the order confirmation email, what should I do?

    This can occur if you place an order with a higher number of products than we have available in stock. We will work to fulfill as much of your order as possible.

    The order confirmation you receive per email will contain the number we can guarantee.

    How do I add items to my shopping cart?

    Search for the product you are looking for using either EAN no., Wavin no., SAP no., NRF no. or the product name and select the desired product from the search results.

    You can also review the categories in the product catalog.

    You can enter the desired quantity and add to your basket. You can only order in whole units. and we encourage ordering in whole package units.

    How can I see my previous orders?

    When you are logged in to the webshop, you can see your previous orders in the order history.

    Step 1: Login

    Log in using the username and password assigned to you by Wavin.

    If you can't remember your password, you can click 'Forgot Password' on the login page.

    Step 2: Search for the desired products

    Click in the search field and enter the desired product name, EAN no., Wavin no. SAP no. or NRF no. A list of search results will then appear, click on the desired product.

    Alternatively, you can review the categories in the product catalog [/catalog].

    Step 3: Add products to cart

    Once you have selected the desired product, you can enter the desired quantity.

    You can order in 'whole' items, and in minimum order quantities.

    Step 4: Review your cart

    On the page with your shopping cart, you can review the selected products and make the last changes in quantity or remove products. When you are satisfied with the contents of the cart, you can click on the 'Continue to order' button.

    Step 5: Complete your order

    Select delivery address from the list of available options and add any your own reference number. You can also add extra comments to the order here. You must agree to the terms and conditions of our online sales and click 'Complete your order'.

    Step 6: Your order is complete

    You will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details regarding your order and Wavin will begin processing your order. If you have any further questions, you are always welcome to contact us [/contact].

    Upload Excel file and order

    You can easily upload an order by preparing an Excel file which contains 2 columns:

    Column A must contain Wavin no., EAN no., SAP no. or NRF no.

    Column B must contain the quantity you wish to order.

    You can download an Excel sheet and use this as an example. The webshop will match your order with the available products and show you the result. The products which cannot be found, can be replaced in the process.

    We guide you to choose the right quantities. All the successfully matched products are displayed at the bottom and are ready to be added to the shopping cart.
