    1. Maintain thermostats from anywhere 

    If a thermostat malfunctions, you can set up a new thermostat and dispatch it to the customer. All the customer needs to do is replace it on the wall. Alternatively, if the thermostat's batteries are depleted, you can guide the homeowner via phone on replacing the batteries.
