Manish Khandelwal
Commercial Director
at Wavin India. He has a strategic professional background with over 2 decades of extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, with a proven track record in P&L and operations management, start-ups, business development, new product and category creation, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a master’s degree from IIM Calcutta and additional certifications in Digital Strategy, Marketing and Marketing Management from Columbia Business School.
Mona Pradhan
People
Transitioning from another Orbia business Mona brings 23 years of rich experience into the field of Strategic HR Management. She is a genuine influencer who thrives on tough challenges and translates visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals. In this role Mona is responsible for People function of B&I APAC Region. Her focus is to provide strategic HR support in change management, translating business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Orbia B&I, Mona was associated with another Orbia business Dura Line for 11 Years and worked with Honeywell India, Aryan Lifestyle, Genesis Colours & Labsoft India Pvt. Ltd. Mona obtained her MBA in Human Resource Management from Utkal University in India.
Sandeep Garg
Finance
Sandeep Garg, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, has around 23 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic and operational financial management. Sandeep had previously worked with Premier Global, Motherson Sumi Systems, and Schneider Electric in Senior leadership positions and during the past few years as CFO of Musashi Auto Parts India and Exicom Tele-Systems Limited. He brings with him a vast experience in diverse cultures in the field of Operational Finance, Financial Planning & Reporting, M&A, Treasury, and short/long-term financial strategy. He was awarded CFO of the Year for the year 2021 in Electric Mobility Segment during his CFO stint at Exicom Tele-Systems Limited.
Bharat Reddy Kona
Manufacturing Operations & Excellence
In his progressive career journey, Bharat has approximately 25 years of comprehensive experience in network strategy, project management, process improvement, capacity planning, and supply chain management.
Bharat is responsible for all B&I manufacturing plants in India. His focus is to provide strategic direction to promote process standardization and optimize our manufacturing operations. He leads initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence, streamlining of footprint, as well as implementing best practices.
Prior to joining Orbia B&I, Bharat worked as Vice President at Sun Pharma. He also held the position of Director at G&W Labs & Watson Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chairperson of the Ethics Committee for Clinical Research at Pranaam Hospital in Hyderabad.
Bharat holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering, as well as an MBA from Clemson University in South Carolina, USA. He is an Indian national and will be based at our Hyderabad site.
Virendra Verma
Procurement
With 28+ years of Industrial experience in various techno-commercial areas, Virendra joined us in Jan 2022. He is responsible for Procurement for RM, CAPEX and Stores & Consumables for Wavin Vectus India Operations. He has an Engineering Degree, along with Diploma in Marketing. Virendra has working experience in Detailed Project Engineering for World’s largest grass root refinery, including Polymer Sales & Marketing, and for the last 12 years working in the downstream Pipe and WST industry. His other areas of expertise include maintaining P&L for pipe manufacturing unit, new product development, multi-locational manufacturing unit establishment, expansion & procurement for existing manufacturing units to keep business on a growth trajectory, and sourcing RM from imports to reduce dependency and create value for the company were among the main focuses in the last 5 years.
