Randhir Chauhan
Chairman of Board
Randhir Chauhan, Chairman of the Board of Orbia B&I India, boasts of an illustrious career spanning over two decades. He also serves as President of Orbia India and Vice President of Precision Agriculture (Netafim).
In his current role Randhir works closely with the Orbia B&I India leadership team to achieve sustainable, profitable growth for the business. With his dedicated knowledge, strategic vantage point and strong regional relationships, Randhir is a visionary who will drive Orbia’s growth in the region while maintaining oversight and establishing enterprise alignment in terms of global strategy, People, Legal and Finance functions as well as Ethics & Compliance processes and controls for Orbia in India across its different business groups.
Previously, Randhir has held leadership roles spanning sales, marketing and operations for Netafim over the last 16 years as well as for a leading Indian agrochemical company before that.
