    Randhir Chauhan

    Chairman of Board

    Randhir Chauhan, Chairman of the Board of Orbia B&I India, boasts of an illustrious career spanning over two decades. He also serves as President of Orbia India and Vice President of Precision Agriculture (Netafim).

    In his current role Randhir works closely with the Orbia B&I India leadership team to achieve sustainable, profitable growth for the business. With his dedicated knowledge, strategic vantage point and strong regional relationships, Randhir is a visionary who will drive Orbia’s growth in the region while maintaining oversight and establishing enterprise alignment in terms of global strategy, People, Legal and Finance functions as well as Ethics & Compliance processes and controls for Orbia in India across its different business groups.

    Previously, Randhir has held leadership roles spanning sales, marketing and operations for Netafim over the last 16 years as well as for a leading Indian agrochemical company before that.

    Krishna Joshi

    Managing Director

    Krishna Joshi brings an enriched career experience spanning 28+ years in the plastics and chemicals industry.

    As Managing Director at Orbia B&I India, he is the captain of the ship, navigating the complexities of the business world, charting a course for success through effective decision-making, strategic planning, and a commitment to fostering a thriving organizational culture.

    Previously, he has held leadership roles in leading Multinationals including Multibase, Dow Corning, Mexichem (Orbia) & Americhem. Armed with an Engineering degree in Polymer Science and Technology from Mysore University, he brings over 30 years of industry experience across domains. Passionate about innovation, planning, and execution, he is committed to enhancing business development with sustainability at the core of all endeavors.

    Sandeep Garg

    Whole-time Director

    Sandeep Garg draws on around 23 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic and operational financial management. His vast experience in diverse cultures in the field of Operational Finance, Financial Planning & Reporting, M&A, Treasury, and short/long-term financial strategy have enabled him to drive business transformation at the organization.

    As Director Finance (CFO), Sandeep leads the strategic and operational financial management of the company, and acts as a strong business partner to the India Business.

    Sandeep has previously worked with Premier Global, Motherson Sumi Systems, and Schneider Electric in Senior leadership positions and during the past few years also as CFO of Musashi Auto Parts India and Exicom Tele-Systems Limited. In 2021, he was awarded CFO of the Year for the Electric Mobility Segment during his CFO stint at Exicom Tele-Systems Limited.

    A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Sandeep is also a Whole-Time Director on the Board.

    Sanjay Asher

    Independent Director

    Sanjay Asher is presently a Senior Partner with M/s Crawford Bayley & Co., which is India’s oldest law firm, established in 1830.

    As an Independent Director on Board, Sanjay brings valuable direction and guidance to the organization in its endeavour to achieve sustainable, profitable growth for the business and benefit stakeholders.

    Sanjay specialises in the fields of M&A, cross border M&A, joint ventures, private equity and capital markets. He has been a noted speaker at various seminars and conferences including those organised by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has authored several publication published in national and international publications including authored a book on Companies Act, 2013 which was published by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer publication.

    Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bombay. He has been a practising Advocate since 1991, and was admitted as a Solicitor in the year 1993. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

    Sudha Navandar

    Independent Director

    Sudha Pravin Navandar is a qualified Chartered Accountant (1988) registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has cleared her Certified Public Accountancy from USA (2007). She has done post qualification course on Information System Audit (DISA) and is an Insolvency Professional.

    She serves as an Independent Director on the Board, bringing valuable guidance and expertise.
