Can I change my Delivery Address?
At the time of checkout, you can select from a list of known delivery addresses.

What payment options are available in the webshop?
An invoice will be sent to the Billing address after ordering.Your payment terms apply to all orders made online, as defined in our agreement.
I have forgotten my password
On the login screen, there is an option to recover a forgotten password. You will need to enter the email address you use to login and an email will be sent for you to configure your new password. If you have forgotten your username, please contact Wavin
I want to cancel an order, what should I do?
Please contact Wavin with your order number provided in the email confirmation.

I can't find the product I am looking for, what should I do?
In our webshop you can search by EAN code, Wavin Part Code or product name.
If you still cannot find the product you are looking for, please contact Wavin
How do I get started ordering online with Wavin?
Please contact Wavin and we will request a list of representatives who should be able to order on behalf of your company and grant them access to the system.
Who can order for my company with Wavin?
We will only give access to Wavin Shop to the persons that you provide to us. Only they can place an order on behalf of your company.
Please contact Wavin for making any changes in your company’s users list.
How do I see the price of a product?
Once your order is placed via the online shop, we will apply all the discounts in accordance with our agreement and send you an email with the final price.
The quantity in my email is different to the amount I ordered, what should I do?
If you place an order for a quantity which is greater than what is available in stock, we will try to fill as much of your request as possible. Your confirmation email will contain the quantity we are able to commit to.
How do I add products to my basket?
Search for the product you are looking for using either the EAN code, Wavin Catalogue code or product description and select the product from the search results list.
You can enter the quantity you would like to order and add to your cart.
You can only order in multiples of the sales quantity to order full boxes and you must order at least the minimum order quantity.
How can I view my previous orders?
In „Recent orders” section available directly from homepage you can find a full overview of your past orders. You can also see details of your order on „order detail page”.

Where can I see the terms and conditions for ordering online?
How to use the webshop
STEP 1: LOGIN
Login using your username and password as provided by your Wavin Sales representative.
If you can't remember your password, press the "forgot password?" link on the login popup
STEP 2: SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCTS
Click in the search box and type the product name or code in the flyout. A list of possible matches will be displayed, click on the product you are looking for.
STEP 3: ADD PRODUCTS TO YOUR CART
Once you have selected the product, you can enter the number of pieces you would like to order in the input box.
You can only order in multiples of the sales quantity to order full boxes and you must order at least the minimum order quantity.
STEP 4: REVIEW YOUR CART
On the cart overview page you can review the products you have included in your order and make any final changes to product quantities or remove a product from the cart. When you are satistified with the contents of your order, you can press the "Continue to order" button to go to the next step.
STEP 5: FINALISE YOUR ORDER
Select your shipping address from the list available and add your own reference if needed. You can add any additional remarks to the order. You must then agree to the terms and conditions of our online sales and press "Finalise Order".
STEP 6: YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED
You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order and Wavin will begin to process your order.
