Acoustic Leak Alert

Wavin's unique Acoustic Leak Alert works whenever the system is pressure tested. When the system is filled with air, the hiss of an unpressed connection reaches about 80dBA, so it is impossible not to hear it. By choosing to pressure test with air, there is no need to waste valuable time filling and draining the system. There are no longer risks associated with the appearance of legionella in stagnant water, as well as the system freezing in winter in unheated rooms. If you still choose pressure testing with water, all Wavin Tigris M5 connectors have a Defined Leak, i.e. "leakage" function. The latter means that the non-press connection immediately leaks, thus warning of an incomplete installation.

Optimal flow guaranteed with Opti Flow

The new Wavin Tigris M5 with Opti Flow reduces the pressure loss in the installation due to the up to 50% larger orifice.


Due to the optimal flow, the end user can enjoy a much better performance of the total installation system.

Easy switching thanks to Multi Jaw

The Multi Jaw makes it possible to press Tigris M5 press fittings with Up, H, U, B and TH press jaw profiles.


In many cases, purchasing new tools is therefore not necessary.
