SafeTech RC water pipes

Pipe concept

SafeTech is a co-extruded double layer PE 100-RC pressure pipe. Its protective properties meet the requirements of the PAS 1075 standard. Its outer layer is about 10% of the thickness of the standard wall and is colored according to the transported medium. Blue for drinking water, orange for gas, and green for wastewater.

Universal use

SafeTech is designed to lay pipe in a trencher without the use of a sand bed. Sand is expensive these days, so the end result is savings this way. Pipes of different diameters 90 - 630 mm with 17 and 11 SDR are available. With proper installation, the service life can reach up to 100 years.

Connection selection

SafeTech pipes can be joined using all polyethylene welding technologies. Wavin offers a wide selection of connectors. Dimensions and welding parameters comply with PE 100 pipe standards.
